May 1998, State University of New York at Albany, Bachelors degree in economics. Minor in psychology.
Professional Education:
- Completed all state and AQB-required education for Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensure, including advanced coursework in market analysis, sales comparison, and income capitalization between 1999 and 2011.
- Qualifying education has been obtained from nationally recognized appraisal organizations and educational providers, including the Appraisal Institute, New York Real Estate Institute, and New York University.
